Took my RAV4 up to Hubert Vester to have them replace a wheel bearing that had started to go out. I told Colby in service that I needed to drop it off for the week as I was traveling out of town for the week. Dropped it off and asked them to change the oil and identify any other issues. They identified a few other issues and sent me videos and pictures of each with cost to do each letting me opt in or out of them. After the work was done my flight was cancelled and was worried I wouldn’t be able to get my car back. I called Colby to inform him, he set me up with a payment portal and left my key with the sales department to pick up on Saturday. The entire staff at Hubert Vester is top notch but Colby went above and beyond to help me out.

Quinton Paterson was an awesome salesman. I told him what I wanted and he found it. Called me weekly till it arrived. Once it arrived he started the paperwork. I was in and out with my new Toyota 4 Runner in less than 2 hours. Quinton was very knowledgeable on all the vehicles and great to work with! Thank you for all help.
