I purchased my car from here December 2017. I went to have Android Audio installed. When I picked up my car no one showed me how to connect or anything. Come to find out system was only updated but not for Android Audio. It doesn't exist bc my car was the first 18 Camry model that only had ApplePlay. A salesperson had to let me know that after I tried to connect for 20 minutes while the service people watched. Thanks Angel for trying u didn't know and thanks to sales guy, tall older white male who is very knowledgeable.

I had unfortunately gotten hit by an uninsured driver and that whole thing was a whirlwind to go through, but once I got to Hubert Vester in Wilson it made a world of difference. Abraham helped me find the perfect car! I couldn’t be happier. The whole crew provided a seamless experience, even weeks after I left… they answered my questions quickly and efficiently . When I came to sign papers they knew we were in a rush to get to an important event and they moved quickly and still made sure every bit of paper work was as it should be for me to sign. Definitely not a great experience, mostly because of my experience with my salesperson. I had to wait on my vehicle to be delivered (~ weeks), and it was delayed twice. No one's fault whatsoever at HVT, BUT my salesperson had no real sense of urgency when the vehicle was due in. Every step of the process with my salesperson was so much harder than it needed to be!! Prior to the delivery date, I'd pressed my salesperson to confirm that I could get my vehicle the day it was delivered. Sure, no problem. I pull up on the day it's scheduled for delivery, and he just rather nonchalantly tells me "they" aren't going to let me get it today "because they have some things to do to it." Those things were installing a GPS (that I opted out of) and performing a state inspection (takes 20 minutes). I asked if we could speak to someone about prioritizing that for me. While I was waiting, another salesperson, Bernard, walks over and explains the process and tells me that it is definitely possible that I could get the vehicle the same day (so helpful). Next, out walks Byron. In 90 seconds, we had a path forward and that afternoon I drove off in a brand new vehicle. Bernard and Byron are the reasons I would recommend this dealership.

I was interested in test driving a vehicle I saw online. Emily reached out and set up a time for me to see it the following day as I was coming from out of town. Before I left for the test drive, I looked on the website and the vehicle was no longer visible. I sent a text to Emily to confirm the car was still available, but I never heard back from her. I'm very disappointed that she was not as eager to let me know that car was not available as she was to set up a test drive. I'm glad I didn't waste 2 hours commuting to this dealership, and won't ever be visiting based upon this experience.
