They took the time to perform a diagnostic & tell me what was wrong with my car

I pulled up for my appointment, they came out and said that they would get right on my vehicle. I came home and they called me within 30 minutes to tell me that my LC was ready. Went back and picked it up. So far so good. Next time I may just wait at the dealership.

After going to Leith in Raleigh for three years for my service I had grown tired and disappointed with them over numerous issues they caused for me. Vester being a little closer to my house I opted to try them for service instead and was very happy overall. They were courteous and time waited was not too bad. I’ll definitely be back again.
