After agreeing to price with our trade in and heading to the dealership to pick it up our trade had an issue. Created an allocation request for 2025 Toyota Land Cruiser. Went to a large Toyota dealer with my request but they wasted 3 hours of my time trying to sell me a car off their lot. Hubert Vestor Toyota took my request and diligently found what I asked for - unfortunately it was found at another dealer who sold it even tough Sales Manager Josh had tagged. Josh countinued on with the search but only found cars with extra options I did not want - so he worked with Toyota and my trade in and got the price of the car down to what I could accommodate. Very happy with the car. Altough processing the sales paperwork could have gone faster this was a great experience

A little frustrated that y'all have been changing my oil every 3000 miles when my Prius recommendations are 7500-10000 miles. I'm ok with 5000 miles, but 3000 seems like an intentional mistake. I still like y'all better than any Raleigh area Toyota dealer I've been too.

Had a good experience working with Carson to purchase a 2022 Rav4 hybrid. He communicated well and sent a video of the vehicle. This was important as I live almost an hour away. Carson kept me updated about the status of the vehicle since I couldn’t get there until the weekend. They negotiated fairly and took my 2011 Rav4 in trade. My only complaint was how long it took to do the paperwork once we agreed on everything.
