This is my second Highlander I’ve purchased at Hubert Vester Toyota of Wilson. So went there first for this second purchase. Both experiences have been very positive. On this purchase George was extremely helpful helping me find the right vehicle for me. The staff worked very hard and were very courteous through the whole process. He was friendly, patient, and actually took the time to listen instead of making me feel rushed or like I was just another customer. He explained everything in a way that made sense, kept me updated, and made sure all of my questions were answered before I left. What stood out the most was that Ryan seemed genuinely interested in helping, not just trying to get me in and out the door. Dealership visits can be stressful, especially when you don’t know what something is going to cost or how long it will take, but he made the whole process alot easier. He was professional but still very down to earth, which I really appreciated. You can tell Ryan takes pride in his job and cares about the people he is helping. I left feeling like I was treated fairly and taken care of. Hubert Vester Toyota is lucky to have him. I will definitely ask for Ryan again next time I need anything done. Ryan Hopes is fantastic! I brought my 2019 RAV4 in this past Tuesday for servicing and everything went well. On Wednesday afternoon, I noticed that the seatbelt sensor kept going off in the back rear seat and there was nobody sitting in it. Long story short, instead of him just telling me that there was going to be a diagnostic fee and not trying to do any other research first, he drove my truck around to make sure he was hearing what I was hearing and he and a mechanic drove my truck around to see what I was talking about. Long story shorter, it was my son’s car seat that was throwing off the sensor. As a first time mother of a six month old I get overwhelmed with a lot of things. And I’m still bouncing back. So the last thing I need to do is continue to fork out hundreds of dollars unexpectedly. So I really appreciate that Ryan took the time to figure out every possibility that can make that sensor, go off and correct it for me. He was very patient and understanding and had great customer service, and most importantly to me he didn’t dismiss my frustration or feelings. Great job Hubert Vester Toyota on hiring Ryan!

After deciding what I want he was able to locate a RAV4 (XLE Premium) which was the color I wanted as well as the features. Everything worked out perfectly and the vehicle has what I wanted. Highly recommend Quentin Paterson! I had to make a choice on what I needed to do about my leased RAV4. I originally decided to turn it in and lease a new one which would take about a month to get. During the next week I changed my mind and decided to purchase the one I was already leasing. When I contacted Quentin he was very understanding and not once tried to talk me into changing my mind. He has been very knowledgeable, polite and patient with me. I plan to buy from Quentin the next time and will recommend him to everyone.

Quentin was absolutely incredible to work with! I went into this whole process with a LOT of mixed emotions about making the jump to a minivan and definitely had some reservations about the “minivan stigma.” 😂 Quentin was so patient, understanding, and supportive throughout the entire process. I came to this dealership to get services on recalled parts, each time that I came here was wonderful. Services took much less time than expected, and nothing went wrong during the process. I was helped by a person named Savannah, she explained to me what was going to happen and answered all of my questions clearly and in a way where I felt satisfied with what I knew.

Quentin and Josh were the absolute best to work with!! Not only did they ensure my new ride checked every box plus some for my family and I, they also treated my very young daughter as if she were their own - helping entertain her while I filled out paperwork. Quentin took extra time to move any and all items from my old car to my new one, even ensuring he placed items in similar places in the new car…which was very much appreciated and beyond helpful! He also spent extra time helping me learn my new vehicle’s features and connected my phone to it for me, to save me some time and steps!! I would absolutely recommend this crew to any and everyone who may be in search of a new or used vehicle.
