I want to give a very positive review and special thanks to Julio, my Service Advisor at Hubert Vester Toyota in Wilson, NC. My son’s 2014 Toyota Camry XLE V6 had a weird sound coming from underneath the car, and Julio was extremely polite, professional, and helpful from the beginning. He went above and beyond with constant communication, follow-up, and attention to detail throughout the entire process. The car was at the repair shop for three days while the team worked carefully to find the root cause of the issue. Julio made sure the right technician was involved, and the Master Technician / Shop Manager also became involved to help diagnose the concern properly. Special thanks to the technician and the Shop Manager for taking the time to get to the bottom of the problem. They successfully found the issue, which was related to the front axle, and they fixed it. The multi-point inspection also identified a few additional maintenance items, including the coolant replacement, which I already knew was needed. Since they had to work on the front suspension due to the axle replacement, I also requested Julio to perform an alignment, and he helped coordinate that as well. I explained to Julio that my son had a trip to Asheville the following week, and he completely understood how important it was to make sure the vehicle was repaired correctly and safely before the trip. This is the kind of service that represents the “Toyota Way” and Kaizen — continuous improvement. Great communication, great teamwork, and a strong commitment to finding the root cause and taking care of the customer. I arrived at Hubert Vesta Toyota about 445 -5 o’clock maybe I have been sick for over a week and a half and just realized on yesterday that I thought I had a rock in my tire, but It was actually a nail ,so I was not feeling the best earlier, so that’s why I got a late start. I went over to the Toyota dealership to see if they could assist me. Ryan Hopes assisted me ,told me that they could look at my vehicle to determine whether or not it was under warranty. Long story short I purchased my car from another dealership, but I would like to thank Ryan for not being biased because my car did not come from Hubert Vesta. He was very professional. Unheard of problem. Just bought this Toyota Highlander from a Ford dealership and the Ford screws that held the license plate in place were too small. Toyota screws were too large. I was afraid the license plate would fall off. I took the vehicle in to my local Toyota Dealer, Huber Vester, and they fixed the problem by rethreading the license plate bolting assembly. The repair took about 30 minutes. Problem corrected and no charges. Thanks very much to Julio Sanchez who waited on me and the rest of the service men who worked on my vehicle.

I was traveling from Richmond, Va to Folly Beach for vacation. My roof racks had been making a strange noise for about an hour and I could not chance driving the rest of the way. Luckily I was not far from Hubert Vester Toyota. Every employee I talked to was absolutely amazing. Ryan Hopes is fantastic to work with and communication is through the roof I emailed a question to Ryan last night and he responded almost immediately, I was delighted. Ryan always has smile on his face and greets me right away as soon as I drive up. I'm 64 years old, so I've been into lots of shops for car repair and I've never been taken care of so well, its much appreciated.
