I reached out about a trade-in vehicle they received the day before. Within minutes, I received a custom video of the vehicle from one of their sales reps, Quentin. I let Quentin know that I was interested and I would be traveling three hours to see the vehicle. Quentin was honest and told me their mechanic's had not done an inspection of the vehicle yet, however, he would move it to the front of the line so we could test drive it when I arrived. I arrived a few hours later to the vehicle parked out front waiting on me. We test drove the vehicle, which drove great. I had no indication that parts needed to be replaced on the front end on the vehicle, aside from Quentin telling me. Once we arrived back and I agreed to purchase the vehicle, Quentin took the vehicle back to the mechanics. By the time all paperwork was completed, the vehicle was ready. I spoke with finance about in house warranties and felt no pressure when I declined them. 10/10 buying experience. The vehicle is doing good so far.

We have a new car! Quentin at Vester Toyota made it easy - and fun! He knows so much about Toyotas- which was really helpful because this Camry has a lot of features. It’s also a pretty color! Thank you, Quentin! We’ll be back the next time we need a vehicle.

When we arrived we were greeted by Quentin Paterson. He was very friendly and spent a lot of time showing my wife various cars and explaining the features. Quentin guided us through the process and we worked out a deal. The car arrived several days earlier than promised and the paperwork was completed quickly. Overall a great experience. I highly recommend Quentin and Hubert Vester Toyota. The drive over to Wilson is definitely worth it.
