I had the timing belt, water pump and front seals replaced. Advised that seals were leaking which meant they could be replaced now without the additional labor cost that would incur later on. I thank Matt and the service department for recommending this. As far as I can determine, everything was completed properly. Only negative, cruise control unit was completely reinstalled and unit was not plugged in. Easy to correct but would have been another visit for someone else.

The employees are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I've never had a problem with the service dept. they keep me informed about any issues concerning my vehicle. I'm on my third vehicle I purchased from Hubert Vester Toyota.
We drove 30 miles to Hubert Vester because they had the best selection of used RAV4s. While we were there we learned about Toyotathon and ended up with a new RAV4. We are very pleased. The "negotiation" was very easy and they were accommodating. Form the low interest rate to the good trade in value, we were pleased. Darius Williams was responsive to all of our needs.

I never give give any one 5 stars because there's always room for improvement. Most of the people here are very nice and helpful especially Ms Karen in the billing office.
i have been in wilson for 20 i have been in wilson for 20+years. i purchased a new tundra in 2004 and a new tacoma in 2011, both from rocky mount toyota. i could not reach a suitable deal in wilson. now that rocky mount has sold their dealership it does not seem the same. this is my 2nd visit here to the service department and i have been pleased. i trust it will carry over when i go to purchase a vehicle in the future.
